Winfuture proceed 100% aging test, at least 1 hour, for all products, no matter samples or mass production products.
Why?
There are several reasons:
- Check whether the appliances function correctly
For example, power on/ off, temperature adjustment, digital display, etc.
- Make calibration of temperature settings
Our staff test temperature settings of each unit at highest level, to see whether the tools can reach expected max temperature. Then do calibration accordingly.
- At least one hour to make sure there is auto-shutoff cycle going.
Most defects can be found during this process.
This not only assures Winfuture deliver quality products to all customers, but also protect customers with almost no after-sale issues.
